Good news, that's what we do. As your partner, we operate as an extension of your team.  We can make that on a fixed-scope project basis, agile by the sprint, hourly, or on a time and material basis.

We see a variety of needs from our global clientele.  Some are marketing focused, who want to turn things quick and test them out - then come back and spend more time on optimizing the quality and polish.  Other clients are startups that are challenging hundred-million behemoth competitors and need every advantage of robust software and infrastructure to take them on.

And some clients have unique needs that need a special touch.  We understand, and adopt to the needs of our client.

When you win, we win.

Engagement models:

Hourly, Retainer model

In this, you purchase a block of time, and use the time as needed.  A timesheet is maintained and our team is available to get things done for you as fast as possible. You can reserve your spot in our Support Queue by getting started here.

Advantages:

  • Low overhead
  • Flexible terms
  • Hours never expire

Purchasing hours on a retainer basis allows you to save over 30%, and also increases the priority level of the work you submit.

Fixed Project Scope

This is the good old fashioned Fixed-bid, Fixed-scope where all of the details are worked out upfront, estimated, and then a contract is executed to complete the project under the given specification at the previously determined price.  In many projects, where the specification is thorough, clear, and accurate - we can engage on a fixed project arrangement.

Changes are tracked, estimated, and mutually agreed to in a formal change order procedure.  Intellectual property ownership is transferred to you as milestones are reached and payment cleared on them.

While there is considerable administrative overhead and additional costs associated with a fixed-bid project, it is often the best arrangement overall.

Agile / Sprint - based

Agile/Sprint-based engagement works well when there is a general idea and some details, however nothing concrete or specific enough to engage in a fixed bid project. It works by breaking the project into sprints, and establishing clear goals for each "Sprint" upfront.  We decide on the priorities, budget, and duration for each sprint.  50% of the sprint budget is paid upfront, and 50% upon approval of the completed sprint. This shares the risk, and is a nice hybrid approach to get the flexibility of hourly/T&M with some of the security behind fixed-bid.

Dedicated Hire

Sometimes it's best to have one of our team members dedicated to a client, operating as a full-time or part-time remote employee.  We do offer this as a solution and look forward to learning about your specific needs and how we can help.
